Who Can Apply for Finance?

Applicant must be 18 years or over on application date
In permanent UK Residence – minimum 3 years
Not working through disability and in receipt of disability benefit
Permanent employment working a minimum of 16 hours per week, retired, self employed, not working through disability and in receipt of benefits & the self-employed.
