Dina Alexandrovna Perejogina was born in St Petersburg (Leningrad as it was known then), Russia during April 1976. Her mother and father are both artists. Dina Perejogina grew up with her mother and my brother in St Petersburg when my parents separated. Her mother is a talented artist still living in St Petersburg. Dina's father moved to Moscow and is now responsible for restoring Russian Icon art along with other important state artifacts.
